There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, starting at 7:00 p.m.  The following cases will be heard:

Case #1990 (Continued from July 16, 2014)
Ramani and Louise Ayer have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A (Note 5) to change the footprint of a previously approved new construction garage, add a roofed trellis, and add a concrete landing and wood ramp at the entrance to the greenhouse, resulting in building coverage exceeding 4, 000 square feet.  The property is located at 22 Horseshoe Lane, Orleans Map #89, Parcel #8.

Case #1992 (Continued from July 16, 2014)
Kristian and Margot Mineau have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw, Sections 164-20, 164-21A (Note 5), and 164-21C to reconstruct a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling and accessory cottage in violation of lot size and coastal bank set back requirements, and in which resulting building coverage exceeds 4,000 square feet.  In the alternative, Kristian and Margot Mineau seek a Variance.  The property is located at 53 Towhee Lane, Orleans Map #92, Parcel #58.

Case #1993
Paul and Jill Morelli have applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6 and 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw, Section 164-21A (Note 5), to demolish an existing barn and construct a new garage/pool house, resulting in building coverage exceeding 4,000 square feet.  The property is located at 202 Rock Harbor Road, Orleans Map #17, Parcel #92.

In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the July 16, 2014 meeting.
